Shipping and Returns

It is very important that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please return the product within (7) days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging and must be sent back to us via an insured method such as FedEx or UPS. Customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges.

Please email us for a return authorization number and be sure to clearly mark this number on all returns or exchanges. Without this RA number, you may be charged a 20% restocking fee.

If you would like an exchange item, please specify what you would like to exchange item(s) for. We cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping. If item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipping company and Pawsitively Prrfect within 24 hours of receipt of the item. If item is noticeably damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. All purchases of sale, clearance or perishable items are FINAL.
